Booking Policy
Important information about appointments, availability, cancellation and rescheduling.
Appointment Duration
The five default services in the attached booking plugin are configured for 120-minute appointments. The booking engine reserves the complete service duration.
Availability
Availability is calculated from salon opening hours, staff schedules, breaks, blocked periods, existing bookings, temporary holds and service capacity.
Cancellation
The salon owner can configure the cancellation window in the booking plugin. If an appointment is outside the permitted cancellation window, online cancellation may be unavailable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduled appointments use the same availability engine as new appointments and cannot overlap another appointment.
Confirmation
After a successful booking, the system generates a booking reference and sends the configured confirmation notifications.
Late Changes & No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to the salon's stated policies. The final policy should be customized by the salon owner.
